FOR NURSING MOTHERS:
IT'S THE LAW!
The California Labor Code provides nursing mothers with the right to express breast milk while at work, in a clean and private area close to her actual work location. We plan to cover this topic in more detail in a future newletter. For those of you who want something to consult in the meantime, see the LaLeche League website (www.lalecheleague.org) under "Professional Information" or the California Labor Code, sections 1030 through 1033.
