We have settled the Unfair Labor Practice Charge we filed last year against the Riverside Superior Court!

As most of you know, the Court made a unilateral decision regarding your health care coverage which resulted in significant increases in your out of pocket costs. We believe we have reached an agreement which addresses the primary concerns of our members. A letter has been mailed to members which explains the agreement in more detail. Or, you can read in pdf format the Letter to Members.

The contract for L.A. members was approved and a 4% raise was effective January 1, 2008. This was the middle of a pay period, so there will only be a partial raise on the second check of 2008, and the next check will have a complete pay period of raises added in. There are three checks in January this year, the third will not have deductions.
